At Close Ties Gifs, we take pride in creating quality products and want you to love your purchase.

 

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on used candles or opened products.

 

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at closetiesgifts@gmail.com with:

• your order number

• photos of the item and packaging

• a brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer:

• a replacement product

• store credit

• or a refund at our discretion

 

Lost or delayed packages

Close Ties Gifts is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly.

 

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 2–4 hours of purchase. Once production or shipping has begun, cancellations cannot be processed.
