Product use & safety

Our candles are intended for decorative and personal use only. Customers are responsible for following all candle safety instructions provided on the product packaging and labels.

To reduce the risk of fire, injury, or damage:

Never leave a burning candle unattended
Keep candles away from children, pets, curtains, and flammable materials
Burn candles on a heat-resistant surface
Do not burn candles for longer than 4 hours at a time
Discontinue use when approximately 1/2 inch of wax remains

Allergies & sensitivities

Some products may contain fragrance oils, essential oils, or ingredients that could cause sensitivities or allergic reactions. Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions carefully before purchase. Close Ties Gifts is not liable for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or adverse effects resulting from product use.

Product variations

Because our candles are handmade and/or hand-poured, slight variations in color, scent, appearance, and finish may occur. These variations are natural and do not affect product quality.

Limitation of liability

By purchasing from Close Ties Gifts, you agree that our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product purchased. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
